How long does onboarding take?

Most users complete onboarding in 5–10 minutes. You’ll set your goals, pick your gym, and preview your first weeks before you start.
Can I redo the quiz and regenerate my plan?

Yes. You can restart onboarding or generate a new plan anytime in the app if your goals or schedule change.
What are the membership tiers?

- CORE – Full access to the MOVE™ system, Social Gym Platform™, and community challenges.
- ELITE – Everything in CORE + MANA coach support, deeper insights, and exclusive content.
- APEX – Everything in ELITE + 1:1 coaching, premium perks, and event invites.
How do I pay for MANA?

- CORE and ELITE memberships are billed monthly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- APEX memberships are billed separately via invoice after booking a call with our team.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled anytime directly in the app settings.
How much does it cost?

CORE starts free with optional upgrades. ELITE and APEX provide premium support, coaching, and perks. Full pricing is listed on the JOIN page.
How are memberships handled?
