What is MANA?
MANA is the world’s first Social Gym Platform™ — a gamified app that connects mindset, training, and nutrition into one adaptive system. Every check-in, workout, and daily habit earns you points, streaks, and rewards. MANA makes fitness social, competitive, and consistent — so you stop starting over, and start building a lifestyle that lasts.

What is the MOVE™ system?
MOVE™ is MANA’s behavioral engine that ties together Mindset, Training, and Nutrition. It adapts to your inputs, tracks your progress, and keeps you accountable with scores, challenges, and streaks.
Who is MANA for?
Anyone who wants more than just a workout plan. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, MANA gives you the tools, structure, and community to build discipline, improve your health, and compete with friends or gyms around the world. How do I join MANA?
Download the MANA app (iOS or Android), sign up with Apple, Google, or your email (OTP login), complete the onboarding quiz, and your plan starts immediately. No waiting list — you can start today.
How long does onboarding take?
Most users complete onboarding in 5–10 minutes. You’ll set your goals, pick your gym, and preview your first weeks before you start.
Can I redo the quiz and regenerate my plan?
Yes. You can restart onboarding or generate a new plan anytime in the app if your goals or schedule change.
What are the membership tiers?
- CORE – Full access to the MOVE™ system, Social Gym Platform™, and community challenges.

- ELITE – Everything in CORE + MANA coach support, deeper insights, and exclusive content.

- APEX – Everything in ELITE + 1:1 coaching, premium perks, and event invites.
How do I pay for MANA?
- CORE and ELITE memberships are billed monthly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

- APEX memberships are billed separately via invoice after booking a call with our team.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be canceled anytime directly in the app settings.
How much does it cost?
CORE starts free with optional upgrades. ELITE and APEX provide premium support, coaching, and perks. Full pricing is listed on the JOIN page.
How are memberships handled?
All memberships are activated directly in the app. Payments for CORE and ELITE go through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. APEX is handled separately by invoice.

What is the Social Gym Platform?
Gyms become your playground. Every visit earns you stamps, streaks, and points. Crews can claim gyms, capture territory, and rise on leaderboards. You can see who’s strongest in your city and compete globally.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can use MANA at home, outdoors, or in any gym. The Social Gym Platform rewards you most when you check into real gyms.
How does gym claiming work?
Check in consistently to stamp your Gym Passport™. Crews who check in the most take control of that gym’s territory on the map.
How do I join or create a crew?
You can create your own crew or join an existing one directly in the app. Invite friends with your personal code, or let the app match you with active players in your city.
Can I invite friends directly?
Yes. You’ll get an invite link to share with friends — once they sign up, they’ll automatically join your crew.
Where do I connect with other MANA members?
All community features — crews, challenges, and leaderboards — are built directly into the MANA app. There’s no need for external groups or Discord.
How do events work?
MANA runs seasonal challenges, local meetups, and exclusive trips. Some are open to everyone, while others are unlocked through performance, streaks, or APEX membership.

Are the training plans personalized?
Yes. Your plan is built from your goals, experience level, equipment, and weekly schedule. The system adapts week to week with progression, intensity changes, and deloads through the MOVE™ system.
Can I train at home?
Yes. You can choose from “no equipment,” “some equipment,” or “full gym” during onboarding.
How does nutrition work?
MANA creates weekly meal plans based on your goals and preferences. Plans adapt to your logged weight, habits, and progress. You can also search MANA-approved meals, build your own, and track macros directly inside the app.
Do you support diets like Intermittent Fasting or Keto?
Yes. You can use MANA alongside any eating style you prefer, including Intermittent Fasting or Keto.

Is MANA responsible for my safety in the gym?
No. MANA is a digital platform that provides tools, plans, and gamification. We are not responsible for your behavior, exercise execution, or the use of equipment inside gyms. Always train within your limits, use correct form, and follow the safety rules of your gym.If you are unsure about technique or experience pain, consult a qualified trainer or medical professional.

How does MANA help my mindset?
MANA includes daily mindset check-ins, mood tracking, and guided exercises powered by MOVE™ AI + coach input. The system helps you reframe thoughts, build habits, and stay accountable.
Is MANA a replacement for therapy?
No. MANA is a coaching and habit system, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Do I get a coach?
- ELITE members get access to MANA coaches in-app for support and feedback.

- APEX members get 1:1 coaching with weekly reviews, personalized strategies, and direct feedback (text, video, or voice).
Can I switch coaches?
Yes. You can request a coach change anytime if you want a different style or expertise.

What are XP and MANA Points?
- XP – Tracks your progression. Earn XP by logging workouts, meals, and habits.

- MANA Points – In-app currency earned by completing daily routines, streaks, and challenges.
What can I do with MANA Points?
Redeem them for rewards like merch, events, or premium content. Crews and top performers also unlock exclusive prizes.
How do leaderboards work?
Leaderboards rank you locally and globally by gym check-ins, streaks, and performance. Seasonal challenges keep competition fresh.
How do I qualify for events and trips?
Top performers are selected based on points and consistency. Some events are unlocked through challenges; others are invite-only for ELITE and APEX members.
How are winners chosen fairly?
Leaderboards are tracked automatically, and seasonal prizes are partly randomized among top performers to give every consistent member a chance.

What devices does MANA support?
MANA works on iOS and Android. A web version is in development.
Does MANA sync with wearables?
Yes. Integration with Apple Health and Google Fit is live. WHOOP and Garmin support is being rolled out step by step.
What happens with my data?
Your weight, habits, and progress are only used to personalize your plan. We never sell your data.
Can I delete or export my data?
Yes. You can export or permanently delete all your data via the app settings.

I can’t log in
- Make sure you’re using the same email address, phone number, or social login (Apple/Google) you used during sign-up.

- With social login, you always have one unified account — switching between methods may cause confusion.

- Still stuck? Use the “Forgot password / resend OTP” option or contact us at info@join-mana.com.
I can’t check into a gym
Check your GPS and internet connection. If the issue persists, report it in-app or email support.
I forgot to complete a day.
It happens. You can still check past days, but you won’t earn XP or points retroactively.
My plan doesn’t fit my schedule.
You can regenerate your plan in the app anytime or adjust your preferences in settings.

Can companies use MANA for employees?
Yes. Organizations can give their teams access to MANA, improving mental and physical health while contributing to collective challenges.
Do gyms need to partner with MANA to appear in the app?
No. Any gym can be checked into, but official partner gyms gain exposure, co-marketing, and rewards.
